Soccer Registration 2025 (Yr 4/5/6)

First game: Wednesday  (Week 1, Term 3)

Dear Parents / Caregivers

Please find below information about an opportunity for our school to be involved in a FREE after-school Soccer Competition.

Registrations will be open until Thursday 26th June

Kia ora…Week 1 next term, the relaxed and fun Girls and Boys  Soccer comp at Frimley Park will be back.

Round one start – 3.30pm, Round two start – 4.05pm. Games completed by 4.40pm

Cost:  FREE

HDC are happy for us to use the soccer fields at Frimley Park and there’s no charge for that. It’s exciting to be able to offer a sport to our tamariki without the barrier of cost.

The first game will be on Wednesday, 16th of July. HDC are yet to confirm when the soccer goals will come down so staff have the time to prepare the grounds for cricket but at this stage, they have approved us using the fields through to 3rd  September.

A coach is required for each teams.  A coach could be an tuakana (older sibling), matua keke (uncle) /whaea keke (aunt), tupuna (grandfather)/ kuia (grandmother).  Please indicate on the registration form if this is something you can help out with.  We must have a coach for a team to be entered into the competition.
